Reminds me of Jeffrey Dahmer. One of his victims was a 14-year-old Laostian boy. The boy escaped from Dahmer's appartment and wandered out onto the streets of Milwaukee, where three women found him (the boy did not speak much English, but he was clearly distressed). The women called the police, and Dahmer explained to the two officers that the boy was his 19-year-old boyfriend, and that they had a fight, but everything was okay noe. The police believed Dahmer's story for some reason (the boy was naked, bleeding out of his anus, and struggling to get away from Dahmer.

Not a recording, but the images of Regina Kay Walters, who Robert Ben Rhoades killed... he took her picture several times right before he killed her, and right after he told her what he was going to do.
