Wow. Somehow, when you see them write about your country in English, everything becomes more serious. During last few months the festival of aburds was so big, that I'm kind of numb. I think we've normalised all of it. In June we had so many scandals day after day, that each of them should be really huge — but they just were left alone. Skipped. Glad to see it. Even though I'm quite far removed generation-wise from my family in Poland, every time I hear about them in the news it's always an embarrassment to share blood. I don't know if they're the worst country for LGBT treatment in Europe, but they certainly seem to be trying to top the list.
