He says we do too much testing and that makes us look bad and therefore should do less testing. If we did less testing, his preferred "deaths vs tested" proportion goes up.Edit: To clarify, I'm not surprised by his complete lack of awareness of this. My surprise is that the media (both left-leaning biased and unbiased; we all know the right-wing isn't going to call him out on anything) haven't pounced on this and just hammered in how you can't have both lower testing and lower death-to-testing proportions.
