Testing is definitely deficient. If we tested people at much higher rate and had them quarantine, we would be able to control it a lot faster. As it stands now, it is almost impossible to get tested in the US unless you have typical COVID-19 symptoms.Even then it's not easy. For the average person it's almost impossible to get a test unless you're at the point you need to be hospitalized anyway, or had contact w/someone who was positive and are expressing symptoms.

Not a recording, but the images of Regina Kay Walters, who Robert Ben Rhoades killed... he took her picture several times right before he killed her, and right after he told her what he was going to do.
