The EU has rules. Poland willingly joined the EU. Is it not fair that people should follow the rules in order to receive money from the EU? You also realise the funding is a zero sum game, right? They can only fund what they get. It is impossible to fund everyone because someone needs to pay for the funding. So unless you argue that a few countries in western and northern Europe secretly set up and run the EU to jackboot the rest of Europe into submission by doing stuff like .... Giving them money, favouring the rights of citizens over businesses and attempting to increase trade ... I would say you're not really making sense.
